「その歌声は、⼀度聞いた⼈の⼼を捉えて離さない。忘れざる声」と多くの⼈が⼝を揃えて絶賛する英国のコントラルト歌⼿。ケンブリッジ⼤学トリニティ・カレッジで中世と現代⽂学を学び、更にギルドホール⾳楽院、リヨン⾼等⾳楽院で研鑽を積む。ウィグモア・ホールでも既に幾度も出演し、演奏が定期的にBBCラジオ3で放送されており、2021年にはBBCPromsの初⽇を飾る。2023年はBBC Promsで2回も出演が予定されている。これまでにBBCフィルハーモニー管弦楽団、イングリッシュ・コンサート、エンシェント室内管弦楽団、オルケストル・レヴォリュショネル・エ・ロマンティク、ハレ管弦楽団、ブリテン・シンフォニア、ロイヤル・ロヴァプール・フィルハーモニックなど数多くのオーケストラと共演。サー・ジョン・エリオット・ガーディナー、ハリー・ビケット、トレヴァー・ピノック、ジェマ・ニュー、ジョン・バット、ウィリアム・クリスティ、クリスチャン・ベズイデンホウト、スティーヴン・レイトンなど錚々たる指揮者とも共演し絶賛された。また2021年ロイヤル・フィルハーモニー協会賞における「若⼿アーティスト部⾨」で最終候補に選ばれた他、エコロジー、⾝体⼼理学、スピリチュアリティに強い関⼼を持つ多⾯的なアーティストです。彼⼥はメンタルヘルスの向上を⽬指して⾃然の中で⾳楽的なウォーキングトレイルを作成するメンタルヘルスイニシアティブ「SongPath」の共同創設者でもあり、作曲家のアレックス・ミルズと共に「theMusic & Being Collective」を創設。異分野との対話を通じて⾳楽と⾃⼰意識を探求するオープンな実験的な空間を探求している。

She is a multi-facetedartist with a keen interest in ecology, body psychology and spirituality. She is the co-founder of SongPath, a mentalhealth initiative creating musical walking trails in nature for better mental health. With composer Alex Mills, shedeveloped the Music & Being Collective, an open laboratory space exploring music and our sense of self throughinterdisciplinary dialogue.
